In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196, Code regarding the protection of personal data) and community, (European regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent modifications, this site which can be reached at www.castrolegendcup.it, respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to damage the rights of users.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the Web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the A.S.D. CICLO-CLUB SPONGANO and at the web Hosting datacenter where the website is hosted and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated except in cases expressly provided for by law.
The personal data provided by users are used only to perform the service or provision requested and expressed in the purposes of the processing and are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Your data will not be disclosed.
